Ah kinda. The stupid food is usually stupid pretending to be smart. This guy just does crazy alchohol experiments. Honestly I love the idea of trying to make hot dog liquor, it is crazy and fun, just what I feel two guys should do when the wife\girlfriend is not around.

When I worked at a homebrew store I had these guys come in that would distill all kinds of things. Mostly fruit from the farm they worked on. They made a great one out of prickly pear. Anyways, one day they came in asking me if it could be possible to ferment slugs and distill them. Seriously. I said, “I’m pretty sure you’ll either die or create some sort of zombie virus”. Apparently, they had buckets and buckets of slugs from the farm that they had gathered. They seemed pretty committed and we discussed how if you could dissolve slugs with salt maybe you could also do it with sugar and some salt, ferment that gooze, and distill it. I have never seen them again.
